Patient Information
Our billing policy
Online Superclinic is a fully private billing practice*. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
*NO MEDICARE REBATE IS APPLICABLE, NOT CLAIMABLE THROUGH PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE.
Our cancellation policy
As telehealth consultations require a lot of coordination on our end, if you wish to cancel, please inform us immediately. Cancelling consultations less than one hour prior to the scheduled time, or not attending will result in a forfeit of the full fee.
Our appointment time policy
All appointment times are shown in Melbourne time.
Our recording/ technical policy
Our practice does not record telehealth consultations, nor do we give patients permission to make their own recordings of a telehealth consultation. Telehealth consultations rely on technology and there may be technical problems outside of our control in completing an adequate consultation.
Our privacy policy
The same privacy and confidentiality requirements that apply to face-to-face consultations apply to telehealth video consultations.
Our drug prescription policy
Schedule 8 and Schedule 4 Appendix D medications cannot be prescribed via telehealth consultations. Please do not proceed to book if you are seeking such medication as your consultation fee will not be refunded.
